How Can I Buy a Sandford Home?

Purchasing a brand-new home in one of our developments is an exciting process. We guide you through every step to ensure it is clear, straightforward, and secure.

Our Step by Step process

01.

Register Your Interest

Express your interest in a specific development or join our general mailing list. This places you first in line for project updates, floorplan releases, and pre-launch notifications.

02.

Review & Sign the Agreement

When a home is released for sale, you will receive a comprehensive sales pack including the Agreement for Sale and Purchase, a detailed specification, and title information. Your solicitor will review this with you before you sign.

03.

Satisfactory Due Diligence

A conditional period (typically 10-15 working days) allows you to complete your final checks with your solicitor and bank, ensuring you are completely comfortable with your purchase.

04.

Pay Your Deposit

Upon confirmation of your due diligence, the sale becomes unconditional. Your deposit is then paid and held in a solicitor’s trust account until settlement, securing your new home.

05.

Pre-Settlement Inspection & Handover Keys

As construction nears completion, we will invite you for a pre-settlement walkthrough. On the settlement date, once the final balance is paid, we will personally hand over the keys to your beautiful new Sandford home.
