Our Humble Beginnings - A Garage Conversion that Sparked a Legacy

Our story started in the early 2000s with a single, modest project: a tiny garage conversion in Papatoetoe.

The profits from that first venture were small, but the wisdom we gained and the passion we cultivated were priceless.

It was the foundation upon which everything was built, and we have never looked back.

Our Evolution - From Renovations to Thriving Urban Communities

From those minor renovation projects, we grew steadily and purposefully. We progressed to demolish-and-build projects, then to a variety of 2 and 3-lot subdivisions. Today, we are proud to deliver medium-to-large scale housing developments of over 30 lots.

Our portfolio now includes freehold standalone homes, terraced housing, and high-end apartment buildings in some of Auckland’s most thriving urban environments.
